Graphic design, typesetting and layout of text and visual artwork, books, catalogs, magazines, flyers, company prints, business cards etc. The graphic studio is part of Tiskárna Helbich.

Electronic assembly, CTP, ProofPrepress preparation, data check, elimination and assembly takes place in Heidelberg Prinect Signa Station. A fully automatic CTP Heidelberg Suprasetter 102 processes exposure of printing plates with cassette loader for the printing machine for B1 and B2 formats.
For color approval we use: a certified proof of GMG
To approve the accuracy of content we use: RIP-Low resolution plotter prints

B1 format Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 102-4-P printing machine with an Axis Contro system.
(4 color automatic roller in 2 + 2 configuration)
B2 format RYOBI 754 + L-coater printing machine
(4 colors + dispersion coating unit, Infra drying)
Digital Printing
The biggest advantage of digital printing is definitely speed as well as low total cost of printing of a small number of pieces. It is primarily used for the low cost production of brochures, books, business cards, invitations, flyers, etc.
Black and white digital printing up to SRA3 format - Konica Minolta BH 1051
Full-color digital printing up to SRA3 format - Konica Minolta BH Pro C6500eP
Post-press
V1 binding - Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST 100 - six stations for folders, envelope loader with grooving, inline three-knife trimmer. Production of up to 7,000 catalogs per hour e.g. A4 format, 48 pages + envelope.
V2 binding - Muller Martini PANTERA - Twelve inline collating stations for binders, twelve adhesive pockets, inline three-knife trimmer. Production of up to 3,500 brochures per hour.
B1 format Heidelberg Stahl TH-82 folding machine - up to 12 parallel breaks with the possibility of folding up to 32 pages in B5 format, fully automatic settings.
B2 format Heidelberg Stahl TI-52 Proline folding machine - up to 8 parallel breaks.
Folio Pollux 720 laminating machine- laminations up to B1 format - laminates matte and glossy foil.
Seypa 115 Paper guillotine (with Ink cut program)

How to prepare print data?
Well-prepared print data is key to success in the implementation of your prints. We recommend that you follow the below mentioned requirements. You can also download the default profile for AdobeDestiler ®.
Requirements for exporting
a print composite in PDF.
Composite PDF is suitable for PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-3 or PDF/X-4 specifications.
Set bleed to 3mm and correctly define trim box. Print labels must not interfere with the bleed area. The scrap PDF is no longer appropriate for the sheet assembly (e.g. double pages). Pages in PDF must be listed in the order as they are supposed to look in the final print.
Image bitmaps need to be
in 300 dpi resolution.
If it is in a lower resolution, you have to count on lower quality prints.
Avoid using too strong of a JPEG compression. You can download the default profile for Adobe Distiller® here. After downloading, unzip and upload this profile to your Distiller.
