Oznamuje se, že dne 5.9.2022 došlo k rozhodnutí akcionáře o přeměně listinných akcií vydaných společností Tiskárna Helbich, a.s., se sídlem Brno, Valchařská 24/36, PSČ 614 00, IČ 255 92 505, na zaknihované akcie, a to rozhodnutím jediného akcionáře ze dne 5.9.2022 sepsaného notářským zápisem NZ 1025/2022. Tento notářský zápis je uložen ve Sbírce listin společnosti Tiskárna Helbich, a.s. v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Krajským soudem v Brně. Lhůta k odevzdání listinných akcií se určuje 10 (deset) pracovních dnů od rozhodnutí o přeměně listinných akcií na zaknihované akcie. Toto oznámení je učiněno v souladu s § 529 zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník.

Yes, we offer an opportunity to come in and check out a preview of the print at the machine, and fine-tune it together with your personal printer. Thus we guarantee materializing your vision thanks to our superpowers. If you are too busy to come in person, we can run a print test on the chosen material and send you a sample for approval.
It depends on the type and size of the order. Usually it's two months from the first enquiry to delivery, which includes specification, material order, print tests, subsequent print and completion. But if the order is well prepared, the production can take as little as a few weeks.
We have a conventional offset press where colours dry by oxidation, but most importantly we have an UV offset press where the inks dry directly in the machine and the sheets can be processed straight away. We consider UV offset printing our principal technology and we use this machine for the most demanding jobs.
